Do not use the Genius Bar link, that is for technical support and if you get there and tell them you are there to shop instead they will send you away. Use this one -> Shop with a Specialist - Apple
Appointments are scarce and only made 7 days in advance. Depending on your location trying on the Watch may be restricted.
