No.
Third party Adobe Flash has been replaced by HTML5 and requires nothing extra from the user to view video.

When I set up a new iMac two years ago, I did not install Flash, Silverlight, or any other "player" software With one exception, I have not encountered any web page or service where I cannot view videos or play sound files. Whatever Apple installs with the OS seems to be handing everything fine with no need of outside tools.
The single exception was a site that embedded .wmv video, which was never cross-platform. A rookie mistake on the part of the web developer.
If the owner of a website has not transitioned to newer technologies, the content of that site will not be viewable by any computer.
Any website that's maintained is using HTML5 now. The death of Flash was announced years ago.
What do you mean what's next for Apple products?
Flash is dead. It's dead on Macs. It's dead on Windows. It's dead on Linux.
Dead is dead. It has nothing to do with Apple.
