Be ever so wary of downloaded unnecessary odd and possibly dangerous
third party non-Apple sanctioned software or utilities ~ such as outdated
adobe Flash player or some pseudo-replacement from who knows where.
To be able to install anything from outside the macOS 'garden' requires
disabling essential security; that opens door to things very bad for Mac.
Some links within the search result posted, a variety of information.
But I'd not download or try to use anything that would mess up Mac.
Without a doubt, your Mac has 'newer better secure system' than mine.
I'd stopped using Flash player in late 2010. And found HTML5 animation
adequate & good. Also, technologies used within secure web pages, too.
Revisited my even older Mac's OS X 10.5.8; to double-check Flash players
had been removed. (Yup: except for Uninstallers; kept those as keepsake.)

If installed, uninstall it. See my User Tip: Adobe Flash Player for Mac - Where to Get the Uninstaller - Ussr Tip
Since about 2017 the Flash player has officially been left for dead. Outside
of certain versions developed and run on products in China; little else has
been done. ~ However from 2017 to present, an interest there still uses it.
"Developer(s): Zhongcheng Network Technology Co, Ltd (2017–present),
Adobe Inc. (2005–2020), Macromedia (1996–2005), FutureWave (1993–1996)"
"Status: Active only for enterprise users and all users in
China, discontinued everywhere else, i.e. outside China"

Security issues more than decade ago, started a downhill move away from Flash.
Other technologies of different nature (HTML5) used by interests toward that end.
Various items may be found through this content search link. To follow or change it
to suit any further interest in this matter. Been widely known; some aspects of Flash
were available as standalone; those may (or not) still be useful, in offline versions.
You still could find links in above, to create Flash based web sites; where that is online
and runs on browsers. Perhaps contained so as to be more secure, in this aspect of use?
Should you have further interest, this subject is still open where available to study online.
Good luck & happy computing!🌞
Yes, I've uninstalled Flash Player already. However, I can't see certain things without it. I've seen many different sites offering their type of flash player, but I can never tell one good from another. I don't download anything unless I'm sure what it really is and who it is. Anybody know how to see things that normally need Flash Player? Or a particular app that allows it now? I do however appreciate both of your responses. Thanks!
