iPad Video Call without Wifi and Cellular Date
Hey, we're looking to get my grandmother an iPad, but she doesn't have a cell phone or wifi. Can we still FaceTime call her if she has an iPad? If not, what could work?

You will need to get an ipad that has cellular data capability and that carrier will need to offer facetime over cellular.
