Hi, Please can anyone help. we've bought my mum a I pad for Christmas and wanting to get her a personalised case for it. Is there a difference in the 2020 iPad 10.2 model to the 2019 because the site I'm using is only showing the 2019 model.

Check your mum iPad model number in its back cover (or in the back of the box):
In 2019 Apple released iPad 7th generation 10.2" with these model numbers: A2197, A2198, A2200
In 2020 Apple released iPad 8th generation 10.2" with these model numbers: A2270, A2428, A2429, A2430
All the above models have the same size, so the cover should be the same. They all also support Apple Pencil 1st generation and/or an Apple Smart Keyboard.

and (for each accessory) check its compatibility (you should look for iPad 7th or 8th generation).

According to the apple tech specs, they are both the same size, the only difference may be camera location, but I don't think anything changed visually from the 2019 to 2020 models it was mainly the internals
