battery service recommended after big sur

MBPro 2019 13' with 239 cycle. Yesterday I used my machine unplugged (first time after upgrading to igSur), and today I noticed that the battery icon changed. It says `service recommended`. I tried the PRAM reset, and run diagnostics as I read in other threads these could help/give more info. Diagnostic says everything is ok. PRAM reset had no effect (it reseted my brightness so I think it worked).

Can sb tell me if this is a bug, or my battery really need service? I didn't noticed any battery time drops.

You can try running the Diagnostic/AHT http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1509

Like HD/SSD can fail at anytime...It is true you expect a 1000 cycle count, but it is not always the case. If necessary it seems warranty would cover an issue.
