"Coil Whine" sound on 2020 MacBook Pro 13" - Model: MacBook Pro 16,3

I'm starting to hear an audible "coil whine" coming from my machine while in closed clamshell mode connected to an OWC Thunderbolt 3 dock. The computer is otherwise performing normally, I'm not using any sort of fan control software, I just let it do it's thing, it runs hot in general, but its never been a problem and I always ensure the unit is well ventilated.

When I first got the machine it had a failure and needed to be sent back where Apple replaced logic board, screen, and power board related to the Touch ID sensor. Upon return it has been performing as expected with no issue.

Is coil whine something that I need to be concerned with? So far I have only heard it while docked and it is pretty noticeable. I've done a little research and have seen YouTube videos where they have recorded this noise coming from an NVME drive, and to be honest, in listening to the frequency, timing and modulation of the noise it does appear to be related to read/write activity, almost like an old HDD would sound.

I double checked to ensure the sound is not actually coming from the speakers. The sound is emanating internally from the enclosure.
