my sound is gone

My internal sound is gone. I can connect to a bluetooth device and play music or watch a video but the sound on my computer is gone. Does anyone know how to fix this?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Go to System Preference >> Sound and choose Internal Speakers
