Favicons not updating for Favorites Start Page

First time going back to Safari on the newest MacBook Pro after over a decade on Chrome. I've noticed some of the Favicons I have for websites when I open it in a tab or on the bookmarks sidebar is not updating for the larger icons in my Favorites on the Start Page. How do I get the accurate icons on the start page?

It still works fine in the main tab group on Safari (the one that cannot be deleted and is always there). I created two tabs groups that are synced between my laptop and iPhone. When I use cmd+shift+t in any of these groups, the recently closed tabs reopens for a second and then disappears instantly without any option to reopen it. Adobe Reader pdf icon not shown in email attachments After updating to macOS Ventura, Adobe Reader pdf icon disappeared in Email attachment's. Instead a little white icon is shown. This also happens with pdf files downloaded with Safari. In Finder the icons are shown correctly. I use Outlook as email program. I tried if the same happens with Apple Email app, and yes its the same. Anyone has the same problem? Any solution? I don't know if its a Ventura problem, or a Adobe Reader problem.
