I’m trying to add money to Apple cash but it saying service not available right now what does that mean does that mean it’s down right now

Apple Cash doesn’t work When I go to setting and try to turn on Apple Cash it gives me error saying apple services are unavailable but I can use Apple Pay on transactions physically and online. I even tried adding a secondary debit card and still won’t allow me. My phone is up to date as well. Just want to send money using Apple Pay

Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.
