When I take a photo with my iPhone, the pictures have streaks across them.

They look like patches of light and shadow on the wall. (It is possible the camera might be more sensitive to them than your eye). If not, then I've no idea what could cause that.
Try taking a picture of a blank wall - and see if you get the same effect in the same places on the image.
