My iPhone XS Max 64gb is brand new, like a week old and the camera throws a green streak like a broken tv would, and it's not always but I have multiple pictures that have the streaks in them already.

Have it inspected immediately at an Apple Store.

Remember that you have 14 days (from the date of purchase) to return it.
