Watch stop working

Hello. I need help. My Apple Watch stop working in april 2020 and there’s a red ! on them. I live in Ukraine.

I’ve try to contact customer service but they could not help me. What should I do? They still have warranty, but because of COVID-19 quarantine I may not use it in time.

Help me please.
