How do I permanently disable camera night mode?

Just got the new iPhone 12 and it’s awesome of course but like with every iPhone that comes out and every update that happens we find annoying changes apples made. I HATE with a passion the new night mode setting, that’s what a flash is for. It’s worked since the invention of the flash. “Don’t fix it if it isn’t broke” how can I turn the night mode off for forever? I just want it off and never ever to come back on as long as I own this phone
