Leather case for 12 Pro Max

I ordered an Apple leather case for my new 12 Pro Max.

I already have serious concerns about the phone itself but the holes in the Apple leather case do not quite match up with the holes on the bottom of the phone.

is this a one off or has anyone else had the same problem? It appears the case and maybe phone build quality is poor.

I have tried to chat to Apple 3 times but been cut off.

Hmm, if you are still within the 14-day return window, just return it.

Then order a new one.
