iPhone 12 PRO - calls on wifi

Just received the iPhone 12 PRO, I tested incoming calls and found that when on wifi it will ring once then go straight to voicemail. When I turn wifi off the calls come through. I have Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios. Any suggestions?

i have tried:

Restarting the phone
Resetting the network settings
Resetting the router
Checked to make sure WIFI calling was on

Is anyone else having this problem?

Are you able to make phone calls successfully over Wi-Fi? When you receive a call that goes to voicemail, are they able to leave a message for you? Have you checked to see if this issue only happens on your home network? If it's all networks, make sure you've completed these steps to set up and use Wi-Fi Calling: Make a call with Wi-Fi Calling
