Hi everyone
I go to icloud.com on my computer and upload some pictures (.png) to iCloud Drive but I can't see it on my iPhone. I go to Files> iCloud Drive but nothings in there. While I can still see it if I access iCloud Drive by computer. Can someone show me how to open it on my phone please?

Your photos belong in iCloud Photos, not iCloud Drive.
Yes those .png files are in the folder called IOS ICON, and the file settings.ico that you can see. All of them are icon files I download on the internet. I am going to change default iOS icon with those one.
i am not sure you understand me or not, its because of my english, sorry. I mean iCloud Drive on computer is different from iCloud Drive on the iphone? They are just pictures but I can't see it on iphone.
Thanks everyone for helping. I just restart the phone and all the images now appear in the iCloud Drive. I can access it by using Files application on iPhone.

iCloud Drive is not the same as the iCloud Photo Library. While photo files are visible in iCloud drive, you can't make use of any Photos app features like albums and editing. as Zinacef correctly told you earlier, photos belong in the Photo library, not iCloud drive.
Your screen shot does not show any .png files as you say you have uploaded. Are they inside the folder we see called IOS ICON?
Where do the PNG files come from?
If some pictures that were taken from internet , only .png files will be uploaded in www.icloud.com and not .jpeg images .
However if .png images are on the desktop , open finder in Mac under iCloud section > iCloud Drive create an untitled folder and drag and drop the desktops images in it , you can right click on the untitled folder and rename it as iOS icon .
