12 pro max green tint, battery and camera issues.

I can see green tint on my iphone 12 pro max on black image even my mi k20 pro is so good in displaying that image. Battery is going down so quickly even after turning off location for many apps and other settings. Camera is completely blowing away the quality when i zoom in and even in 4k video at 60 fps. Stabilisation is also not good. Can i return my iphone get my money back?
