Change VPP Apps and Books from Configurator to profile manager

Hi there,

is there a way to switch the VPP From the Configurator 2 to the Profile Manager?

Mistakes have been made an so now the Configurator has the Control over all the Apps and Books. In the Profile Manager the Switch for VPP is greyed out and there is a Message that says the Service has to be disabled in the Configurator but I can't find it. So is it possible or has this to be done by Apple itself?
