Sensitive "F" key on new MacBook Air

I just purchased a new MacBook Air and the "F" key is triggered just by my finger resting on it (not having to push down like I do for other keys). I tried compressed air but no luck. It's really frustrating because your finger naturally rests on this key. Any other solutions before I have to bring this back to the Apple store?

My 2019 macbook air keyboaerd is VERY sensitive. I thought at first it was an issue with the keyboard/trackpad settings, but that is not the problem. My cursor regularly jumps to random points in on the line. I have been very careful to try to diagnose the issue, but have not been successful. It seems though that I have be very, very careful how I type-- the SLIGHTEST grazing of any other key or the pad seems to be the problem. Any thoughts?

Keyboard Trouble I recently bought a 2020 MacBook Air and it was great but now my number 1 key on the keyboard is super sensitive. It literally acts as if it is a touch pad and its really annoying. Anyone know how to fix? Thank you

No other solutions. This is because it appears to be a mechanical (hardware) issue with the F key. Take it back and try and get a new MacBook Air if you are within the return window.
