Calories burned had stopped displaying in the “move” section. It is only tracking minutes.
I have tried fixing it by rebooting and resetting the watch as new, but it hasn’t resolved the problem.
please help??

I see. I will try and see what happens when I turn off the 13 year old switch.
i turned off the switch and waited till the following morning but it did work

The reason I asked is because this is on the family sharing support document;
Users under the age of 13 can use move minutes, rather than active calories, for their Move goal in the Activity app.
It worked! That was why calories disappeared from the move section. I turned off the 13 year old switch and next day I had the calories displaying again. Thank you so much @fierjack for your time and help!!
