"'ServiceRecords' and 'ReceiverHelp'" Popup Windows hanging MacBook after 10.15.7 Upgrade from 10.14.x

Two weeks ago I upgraded from Mojave to Catalina 10.15.7. This morning, after using my 13" Late 2013 MacBook for over an hour, it hung. The cursor would not move and nothing helped.

So, I rebooted my Mac and immediately got the popup windows in succession that everyone in this thread is talking about regarding first, ReceiverHelp, then ServiceRecords.

I took the option to 'Show in Finder', not the 'OK' option, moved each into Trash, then Emptied Trash, as suggested by the little i for Information on the windows.

I don't use Citrix, at least not in years, and I don't know if it was 64-bit anyway.

But Dashlane, my password management product, will not execute when I click the icon, the icon bounces then goes back to sleep. I have not contacted either Dashlane or Apple but deleting 'ServiceRecords' and 'ReceiverHelp' will at least get rid of my popup windows.

If I have no problem, assume rebooting again resolved my problem.
