Phone and Watch Stuck in Sleep Mode - Both Frozen

Iphone 12 and SE (WiFi/Cell) both stuck in sleep mode. Did a hard reboot, and still stuck. Need help please.

Solved by going into watch and turning off sleep. This is a bug you need to fix please. I am the sixth person reporting this.
