I have swapped to an iPhone (12 Max) after using Samsung for 10 years and it has proven to be a disaster. I can no longer make business calls from my vehicle due to the dropping off of important calls and lack of clarity of the conversation. In my house I cannot get a signal whereas in the past I could call from anywhere. I feel this phone is a total waste of money. It has many gadget features but does not fulfil its primary function of allowing me to talk to people. It is akin to having the latest gadget filled car that cannot move.

I bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max and it has been an absolute disaster! Terrible reception loss, notifications sounds not working, music streaming loses sound constantly. Phone is up to date and has been swapped out. Complete junk and waste of money. Probably going to switch to Verizon and pay off the T-Mobile last invoice. I’ll go back to XS Max once I switch. Stay away until the fix this paper weight!

One thing I did that has helped with the reception is, I turned the automatic network feature off and turned it on to my carrier network only. It has helped significantly with the signal loss. Hope that helps, still a waste of $1100 at the moment

YES! I have only had my new phone for a few days and I’m having major reception issues. I am cutting out and no one can hear me. My ringer volume is all the way up and is still very low if it rings at all. I was so excited about this phone but now I am so upset with its performance. I think I will return it and keep my old 8 plus!

I have the same problem. The network have been lost, and then it only can be use for Wifi. Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having crazy problems in terms of reception and drop calls, which I did not have with my old phone. I have tried everything, updates, resets, new sim card, you name it. It's so maddening!
