I have a £0.08balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country ,but I can't do that til I clear my balance !! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance scince there are nothing in the stores that worth 0.08 £ ?
By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!

We see that you want to change your country associated with your Apple ID, but you have a small balance on your account. As you have discovered you are not able to change your country when you have even a small balance on account. You have two options, one is to make a purchase equal to or greater than the balance and paying the amount in excess of your balance.
