Name conflict with folders

I have a MacBook Pro. I have recently started to receive messages in my inbox from Microsoft outlook aka hotmail. It says, one or more of your folders in your mailbox have name

conflicts with others or system reserved names

folders with these names can not be downloaded by your IMAP e mail program.

In easy steps, how would I get rid of these messages? I read I need to rename or delete folders, but when I attempt to delete, it only highlights and won’t delete.

Mac Mail is acting weird I use Mac Mail version 16.0 to download my gmail. I have my mailbox folders sorted alphabetically. Recently one of my mailbox folders will drop down to the bottom of my mailbox list and none of the emails stored in that mailbox folder will appear. This is the only mailbox folder that does this. I suspect there is some function I triggered on or off associated with this mailbox only.

Empty SPAM folder has 1 unread message Mail app says there is an unread message but the folder is empty. I've already rebuilt the mailbox. Where is "Important" folder in Apple Mail? Often when I go to Apple Mail I find a message in Junk which I move to All Inboxes. Seconds later it disappears. Mail Search can't find it, but Big Sur Search finds it in a Folder labeled "Important" — a folder that I cannot see in Apple Mail or on my 2020 MacBook Air. Below you can see mail location right of Sender in "Important" folder at 2:02 PM, but where is this "Important" folder?
