Email issue; sender names appearance backwards

When my phone updated to iOS 14.2, sender names in my mailbox are now backwards. So now instead of a sender name displaying as “State Farm,” it will show as “Farm State.”; or even contact names will display as "Doe John" versus "John Doe". I can't seem to find anything in settings, but I'm no expert either. Has anyone else had this issue? How do you fix this? I have AT&T/Yahoo email through my "mailbox" icon- not a separate email app. Thanks for any help you can provide.
