Why does Canon Printer TS202 say it is not connected?

Printer says it is not connected. But it is connected with a USB

I have deleted all the canon folders and drivers, restarted Mac, performed Set up, and the mac is connected to it by the cord. What can I do now?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13
