M1 MacBook Air Max Charging Speed

My MacBook Air M1 came with the 30W charging adapter, if I used the 61W, will it charge up any quicker. From my observations, it says the MacBook is charging with 60W. Apple's support says it will only draw a max of 30W but the information page says differently.

I would like to purchase a new, more powerful adapter in order to speed up the battery charging process. Can you please tell me how much power this laptop supports? There is an adapter from Apple for 67W. If I purchase this adapter, will it speed up the charging process or does this laptop not support such power? Thank you in advance!

update, I have downloaded a third party app which tells me it is charging with at least 40W at the moment, so has anyone got any guidance?
