Crazy number of “Volume should be turned down” notifications

Im getting hundreds of notifications of this per minute and I cant turn them off! I cant even listen to music anymore! Please help

How do I turn off these insanely loud sound notifications? I tried resetting settings to fix a battery charging problem. (Didn't work, but whatever.) Now I'm getting lots of really loud notifications, WAY louder than my volume settings. Is there any way to turn them off? I mean, of course I tried setting ringer and alerts to silent, but of course that doesn't do anything. I guess I have to open notifications for each app individually and turn off sound notifications? Is there maybe a 3rd party app that will ACTUALLY turn my sound notifications off, since the settings don't work?

notification sounds…. I keep getting random notification sounds (a sound/tone I have never used before), in this case like a droplet but no corresponding badge or banner with the sound. It's very annoying. Anyone else have this issue? Any known solutions? There is NO corresponding notification/banner/etc. I also have checked all the sounds and notification settings and none of them correspond to this sound. Any suggestions for tracking this down?

If you are getting email notification about that thread, click on "go to the discussion" and when it opens, click on "Following". All notifications will stop.
