when AirPods are put in the case separately the left one flashing white and the right side is flashing green sometimes and other times orange ,when both are in the case it flashes white Plus app that self loaded when I first connect the AirPods has totally disappeared from my iPhone?
While charging I can tap away as much as I like to check the recharge process the indicator light fails to come on ever

1) Start with a full reset: Reset your AirPods
2) The charging pop-up can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes it takes awhile to come up. A more reliable step is to use the Batteries widget on the Daily View screen (swipe right from the first Home screen).
3) Note: the charging indicator light goes off after a few seconds, but the AirPods are still charging:
