Phone error

When using Iphone 12 Pro Max, sometimes there is a crackling sound in the phone, it starts to crack and vibrate. after which you cannot record a video when I go to the camera application. fix it only after restarting the phone. I also want to note that this happens when recording video not in a built-in application, but when recording video using social networks

- How long have you experienced this issue? 

- Is this happening with both the rear and front cameras?

- What version of the iOS software do you currently have installed on your device? You can find this in Settings > General > About.

Thanks for following up with us. It looks like your iPhone makes crackling noises. We'd be happy to look into this more.


From here we want to restore the device to factory settings (without the backup you will lose data. So verify that you have a newly set up backup)

Set it up as new and test before restoring to see if the issue continues there, here's how to restore:
