How to turn the private wifi address completely cause I can’t get into the wifi at all

Open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Locate Wi-Fi Network ➔ Tap on the "i" located to the right of the Wi-Fi Network's name ➔ Private Address : Set this to OFF.
