Genius Bar Reservations

I’ve already been to the Verizon store about my new phone. I was told to make an appointment at the Genius Bar and get it replaced. There are issues with my phone, that is 3 months old. How can I make a reservation at the Genius Bar at my Apple store? I’ve already tried using the website and it is sending me in circles with no results.
