Trying to make a genius bar appointment for broken new phone

How in the world do I schedule a genius bar appointment for a new phone I rec'd today, that is not working?!!!!

I have been trying to do this online now for 1.5 hrs. Ridiculous. Do they not want us to come in?

There is no response. Just tell me the simple steps I keep answering the questions repeatedly and it never takes me to a Genius Bar appointment. This is ridiculous. I’m going to buy an android ~
