Sleep Alarm

I set up the Apple Health Sleep alarm on my Apple Watch (and it expected it to off on my arm) but it only goes off on my iPhone. How do I turn off that alarm on iPhone and keep the sound and haptic alarm on watch?

Sleep alarm Is there anyway to make sure my sleep/wake up alarm only ever goes off on my Apple Watch as it keeps going off on my phone which is charging downstairs.

If you want an alarm to sound only on your watch and not both the watch and the phone.

It must be set on your watch.

Set alarm on watch, sound on Watch.

Set alarm on iPhone, sound on both iPhone and Watch ( if the watch is unlocked)
