Apple please respond to PTA’s IMEI verification request

In order to use ones phone in pakistan now its required to get the device registered with PTA. i initiated the registration process on 23rd november 2020 but my phone’s registration is still pending. I asked PTA regarding this delay and they said that they have sent a request to apple to verify my phone’s IMEIs and are awaiting response. My phone is iphone 11 pro.

my phone registration application tracking ID is ****. Please respond to PTA’s query. Please Find attached screenshot of IMEIs and if there is any further information you require please do let me know.

I am aware that this forum is for users only but there is no portal to contact apple that is why i chose this forum to discuss my issue. I thought maybe someone from apple might also be interacting with users here.

actually i called PTA complaint number and they said that i should try to get in touch with apple to resolve my issue and there is noting that PTA can do if apple is not responding to their query. I did ask PTA personnel that if apple is not responding then they should contact them again but one thing for sure PTA is not here to facilitate people.

Apple is not here, just fellow users supporting these public communities. It is anyone's guess what part of Apple the PTA is (allegedly) contacting and now waiting for a response. Apple has no service/support presence in Pakistan.
