Is it possible to order an album now?
I can not order any album from Photos.
Is it only today, or is it something that's not possible anymore?

Do you want to order a photo book? Apple has stopped all print service two years ago. Since October 2018 we have to use third-party services to order printed books. To be able to use the project extensions in Photos to create photo books and order them, you need at least macOS 10.13 High Sierra.
On older system versions save your finished photo book and upload it to a print service, that can print books from Apple PDFs.
