I have an iPhone and iPad and a Mac (2017). Photos taken on the iPhone are almost instantly viewable on the iPad but Apple Photos on the Mac hasn't updated since 21.Nov.
I have re-booted everything but without success.
I'd be grateful for suggestions.

I had a similar issue recently. I tried a few things such as editing a sync'd photo on the Mac, deleting a photo on the Mac, logging in and out of iCloud Photos. One of them did eventually kick start the sync service into working again and its OK now, but I don't know which of them did the trick though, just a bit of trial and error.

Thanks for your response. I did all you suggested and initially, it didn't seem to help but when I turned Apple Photos on today, the upload had completed. Like you, not sure which action solved the problem but it is solved.
