Every song on my iPhone 12 Pro has somehow become duplicated. Some dupes have the same artwork, some do not (no apparent rhyme nor reason).
Oddly, this is on my phone only. These duplicates do not exist in my iTunes library.
Is there an easy way to clear this up, or will I have to remove all music from my phone, then sync the entirely library back (hopefully w/ no dupes)?

Had and solved the same problem with an iPhone 12 Pro:
-From Settings—General—iPhone storage—Music, slide left on All Songs to delete them.
-Sync the phone to your computer to redownload the songs.
That did it for me.

Try iTunes > Preferences > Devices > Reset Sync History and then try syncing once more.
If that hasn't helped try signing out of the iTunes Store on the device and then try again.
