iPhone 11 no notification sounds or ring. I only know because of my Fitbit it used to be on both.

I used to be able to hear my phone ring and notifications on my phone and have a vibration on my Fitbit, since last iOS update, now only on my Fitbit.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Hey there, marlenegraphicvideo.

We understand that after an iOS update, you're no long able to hear incoming call notifications or other notifications as well. The steps in the following article might be helpful: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

"If you don't see notifications for a specific app

To get notifications, connect to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. If you still don't get notifications for a specific app, try these steps:

  1. Make sure that the app supports notifications. Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and make sure that Allow Notifications is on.
  2. If you have notifications turned on for an app but you're not receiving alerts, you might not have Banners selected. Go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, then select Banners.
  3. Make sure that you’re signed in to your Apple ID
  4. Make sure that Do Not Disturb is off
  5. If you’ve recently installed an app or restored from a backup, open the app to start getting notifications."

You'll also want to ensure your iPhone is updated, along with any updates available for installed apps:

- Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

- Update apps or use automatic downloads

Let us know how those steps go. Take care!

marlenegraphicvideo,

Thanks for letting us know the step you're taking. Let us know if it helps. You should still hear calls and receive notification sounds while on other devices or in when using your device in other uses, not unless you have an Apple Watch or Do Not Disturb is enabled. You can read more about how notifications are handled with the Apple Watch: Notifications on your Apple Watch

To clarify further, is it possible to test to see if you're still getting notifications from the Phone app and that either the full screen or banner appears when receiving a call? We want to see if everything else besides the sound of an incoming call is working.

Take care.
