Can't hear audible voice prompts from fitbit while walking

I had an iPhone SE (original) which I recently updated to the 2020 version of iPhone SE. I transferred all my data, apps and settings from the old phone to the new. All is well except I'm not hearing the voice prompts from my Fitbit app while walking. I listen to music and I can hear the music volume drop where I should hear my mileage report from fitbit, but no audio other than the muted music. It worked in the with old phone so I feel it's an iPhone setting. I have contacted Fitbit and tried all their suggestions with no change so I'm hoping that someone here can help!

I case this is help to someone else, I found the solution! From the Fitbit app tap the + to start a new activity. For me my favorite activity is Walk, so it displays a map with a red start button. Above the map under Cues Distance, Time, Average pace, select and make sure volume is set to high. It defaulted to medium and evidently that wasn't loud enough to be audible for me!!
