Big Sur update with GarageBand update not working the Zoom r24

Based on what you mentioned, you updated macOS and GarageBand, but now your input device is not working. You may want to check if the device has any firmware updates available.

Also, you may need to try and set up the input devices again. For help, review they links below.

Not long ago I contacted Zoom about this because I was just about to order a brand new iMac, which would likely be running Big Sur. Here's what I got back on 12/22/2020:
