I have an iPhone SE20, I am using a wireless speaker to play music through. The phone recognises the speaker as wireless headphones and as such keeps reducing the volume because it thinks it is protecting my hearing. It will literally turn it down within a few minutes of starting the music. This is infuriating and needs to be rectified. Speakers need to identify differently to headphones.

That is correct, if you're unable to disable this feature, then you're in a country/region which requires this notification to occur.

Yes I have looked at that but it is greyed out so I can’t change the setting. I think different regions have different options.
