Apple Card credit reporting

I’ve had the Apple Card for almost a year now. No rips until now. I recently discovered that the apple card hasn’t been reporting my card balance/payment since October. Why Is that ? I’ve been paying the balance on time every month since I had it. It is to the point that it’s affecting my credit score. Is this normal ?
