Hi I want to exchange my iPhone 11 for new Iphone 12 pro. When I tried to purchase new phone I got message that I don’t have enough credit on Apple Card. I know that I have limited amount but if I exchange phones should be enough. Can you help me with this issue. Thank you in advance

To get started, please try the following link:
iPhone 12 Pro. It’s a leap year.
Select the model you would like, and follow the prompts. Then select the option to trade in, and enter the information for your current iPhone. You'll get an estimate for your trade-in, and the option to pay in full or make installments using Apple Card.
