I own my IPad, I am an adult, I am billed through my credit card monthly for ICloud services but since I recently changed my Apple ID password I can no longer download Free "In-app" offerings. What is the problem? How do I resolve the issue?


The same as above - why am I getting an error message and am not able to download a free offering with an"In-app" designation, specifically the Instagram shortcut from the Apple app Store?
