How can my 2 grandson play Roblox together s using 2 of my old iPhones?

Apple disabled account for my grandson but he can still play using my other grandson’s cell, I need to know if it was Roblox issue or if it was Apple due to I changed payments card? I have 3 iPhones one active that is 10XR the other 2 are 6S plus and are only active with WIFI and those are the ones my grandkids use.
