Safari Notification appeared like any other notification would on my phone. Is this normal?

Hello, I recently got a notification from Safari on my iPhone 12 pro. I was playing on my phone and then got a notification from Safari with a link of a website I already had open in my browser. I'm trying to make sure it is not a virus or something malicious. I also need to mention that I clicked on it because it popped up right as I was pressing in that area. The link took me right to the website I already had open in my browser, Any help is greatly appreciated.
