Building apple watch work outs

Is there away to build a workout an upload it into the watch? for instance say I wanted to run a 1 mile warm up followed by 400m intervals with 90 second cool down between intervals and a 0.5 mile cool down, can I build that into the Apple Watch?

The workout types are not editable,but you can do this;

Combine multiple activities in a single workout.

Open the Workout app on your Apple Watch.

Begin your first workout—an outdoor run, for example.

When you’re ready to start a different activity—like an outdoor bike ride—swipe right, tap the Add button, then choose the workout.

When you finish all your activities, swipe right, then tap End.

Turn the Digital Crown to scroll through the results summary.

Scroll to the bottom and tap Done to save the workout.

All this has to be done live as you're working out.
